Fuck you, we won't do what you tell us.

So Killing In The Name has been released as a protest to Cowell, the X Factor and manufactured music.

BBC 5 thought it would be a really good idea to talk to the band live at 9 in the morning before listening to the song.

What the hell were they thinking?

A brilliant piece of Radio that will of course go down in history and demonstrates the awful naivety of the BBC.

Oh dear oh dear oh dear.

Thank you Zack de la Rocha, Tom Morello, Tim Commerford, Brad Wilk and of course the BBC, i'm glad you didn't do what they told you.

The Known Universe.

This is a short film created by The American Museum of Natural History plotting everything they know about the universe.

Apparently is zooms out 13.7 billion light years!

Back off Hawking, these people know way more than you.

Intel Cannonbells.

Yes, we know it is fake, but it is still pretty nice.

Ah, and speaking of fake, just listening to Boyle again, it is rather good.

Rage against X Factor.

Wonderful.

Brilliant.

Marvelous.

Play the mobiles.

Apparently this is live in LBi's reception.

You can play it here.

They should have made the keys light up so you can simply follow and play songs, instead you just end up trying to annoy them.

Anyone good with code and can make it play horrid things all day long?

Naughty Richard!

O Mob.

I have only just seen this.

How wonderful it is.

Thank you Oprah Windy.

The 12 Bells.

This is a very very sad week, for The 12 Bells in Cirencester closed.

For years it has been my favourite pub.

For years Bob has served brilliant food and beer.

For years girls asking for shorts were frowned upon.

For years it has been Gloucestershires pub of the year.

And now, it has gone.

Whilst millions and millions of pounds are wasted by the Government, instituations like this die. It just isn't right. It just isn't fair.

So many stories of brilliant nights, days.

Thank you Bob, thank you The 12 Bells, you made my life better.

Google Chrome.

A magical film for Google Chrome features.

Well done BBH Labs, amazingly creative.

Stealth Switch.

Super idea.

A USB based switch that sits under your desk and brings up work related things when someone of authority walks by.

Well done.

Tracka.

Ace thing from Poke.

Imagine if it were real.

Decode.

Decode is an exhibition running and the V&A.

'Decode is a collaboration between the V&A and onedotzero, a contemporary arts organisation operating internationally with a remit to promote innovation across all forms of moving image and interactive arts'.

Could be good.

Spag bog.

I had never seen this until about 3 minutes ago.

What a wonderful thing.

A Parallel Image.

Gebhard Sengmüller created a electronic camera obscura.

I love the lo-fi feel to it.

Flippin lush.

Brink.

Brink looks proper good.

Love the SMART feature.

Paranormal Activity.

I went to see her last night, she was good.

Worth seeing in a dark cinema to experience the full force.

Some proper chilling moments, moments that made the entire cinema scream. Every time you cut to the above view you were waiting for evil to appear, (notice shadow on the door) so it was all rather nail biting.

Slightly disappointed by the ending, but all rather pleasing.

Smashing.

Röyksopp ft. Robyn.

Can't stop listening to this.

Amazing tune.

Xbox v Laptop

Girlfriend did this...
...so boyfriend does this...

If this is real it really could get very out of hand.

OP-1.

A lovely little controller for any sequencer you might wish to control.

I might buy one just because it looks super nice.

Well done Teenage Engineering.

Bapesta URSUS.

The search has been long and hard, but it is over.

For the last 3 months i have been trying to find a lush pair of trainers.

Looked all over, and finally it is over.

The Bapesta Ursus has been purchased.

They are flippin lush!

Cardon Copy

Cardon Webb goes around New York finding hand scribbled, badly crafted posters, then turns them into far more beautiful things.

Lovely, although, i think the hand scribbled notes stand out far more, far more personal.

Perhaps design is not required here.

Anyway, nice one Carbon, if indeed that is yo name.

Brighten the corners.

Just been admiring the work of Brighten the corners, lovely, simple, stylish work.

And then i purchased a set of these posters. Wonderful, and only a ten spot.

You have brightened my corners.

Wizard Smoke.

Not sure what it was for, but a nice little film from Salazar Productions.

Smashing.

Mini Hulk.

Tilt shift Hogan.

Move to 1.08 to see him enter the ring.

Rather good.

2,088 voices.

Aaron Koblin made 2,088 people sing various sounds without telling them what it was for.

The result is brilliant.

Amazing.

Chase and Status.

Just listening to the Hospital Records 100th podcast and it reminded of Chase and Status, i hadn't seen the video to the track.

Great tune, great video.

Speaking of good old tunes.

Escape From Tomorrow.

Nice little film called 'Escape From Tomorrow'.

A day in the life of BMXer Nigel Sylvester.

Well edited.

Dance for Christmas.

Oddly wonderful.

Thank you Playfool.

November 28th.

Buy nothing day.

Stop and think, do you need it? really? honestly? can't it wait for tomorrow? you greedy person, consuming, hording. Stop and think!

Well done Buy nothing day.

Minotaur Shock.

Awesome!

Minotaur Shock has released a new album and he wants you to pay for each track relevant to how difficult it was to make and how many musicians were used to create it.

Brilliant honesty! If a track was simple to create, just pressing a few buttons, it's cheap. If it was difficult to make, involved an orchestra, some singers, difficult to find instruments, you pay more.

Totally brilliant idea.

I am slightly dissapointed that it is on Spotify as i am sitting here lsitening to it for free, so the lovely idea kind of breaks....anyway.

Can't wait for track 11 mind, 77p's worth of magic, most pricey tune on the album.

McCain Good Unlimited.

Nice little ad from McCain.

It appears to beg, borrow and steal from Coke ads, but, hey, everyones a thief.

I love the little hug at 32 seconds.

Nice

Thanks Charlie Man.

Joy sticks!

If you are a regular reader you will know i have a bit of a thing for Tim Exile, especially when he is getting old computer peripherals involved.

He is the new Jean Michel Jarre.

P-38 Lightning.

Jim O'Hara decided to make a 2/3 scale P-38 Lightning.

Took him 15 years.

He is now 81!

Looping Around The House.

Taking the old looping trick Simon Panrucker creates something simply wonderful.

Bravo!

Barcode Battlers.

I have had an idea.

Bring back Barcode Battler that the kids play as you tour the Supermarket.

Simply put you create an app that works out scores based on barcodes. So each product has it's own score. You then pit 2 products against each other.

So, as you shop so the kids play.

Frosties v Coco Pops!

Robinsons Squash v Ribenna!

Healthy v Un-healthy!

It could even become educational.

Could be an ace thing to keep the kids busy as you shop. A good reason to go to the supermarket.

Anyone want it? Anyone work for a supermarket?

Bot'Ox.

I have only just stumpled upon Bot'Ox.

They make some pretty nice music.

Why hot have a listen, it won't take long.

Adidas Stormtrooper.

Adidas Originals have teamed up with Star Wars to make some well posh trainers and ting..

I will be get me some stromtrooper trainers i can tell you now!

Loving the look of these new external drives.

Clocks.

I like this, i think this is very nice.

Well done this.

Modern Warfare 2 hurts boy.

You see, they were right, Modern Warfare 2 is bad.

The airport scene should be the least of their worries when there are chaps like this around.

Maritime dominance.

This is a lovely little video that shows the evolution of the top 4 maritime empires from 1800 to today.

It demonstrates how they grew and declined as they sailed for and fought with different nations.

Lovely.

Saving Grace.

Grace is the first street legal e-motorbike, whatever that is.

It looks lush.

E-motorbikes rock, again, whatever they are.

Paranormal Activity.

Real scary deleted scenes from Paranormal Activity.

Terrifying.

Leica x Hermes M7.

Hermes and Leica have come together to make this little beauty.

Ain't she rad, i'd expect rad for $14,000.

The house that keeps giving.

Amazing!

Totally amazing.

3D Skateboarding.

Sebastian Denz and Carhartt have teamed up to bring us 3D Skateboarding.

How awfully nice of them.

Yahoo! Creatives.

Still harping on about what creatives wear.

If this had been created 2 years ago it would still feel 5 years out of date.

Oh dear.

Who wouldn't want a belt with a lighter in?

I bet Guy Fawkes wishes he had had one.

'Now, where did i put them matches, hmmm?'

'Bugger, the rozzas, scarpa!'

Apparently this took 110 days to render, you can sort of see why, it is pretty special, especially the Lada.

Thanks you.

Clash of the Titans

I think i have just done a little excited wee.

Will it beat the 1804 original, will it?

Empire State of Mind.

Totally double boss tune!

Second favourite Jay-Z tune, of course this is numero one.

Friend-O-Meter.

Nice little quiz for Orange that uses Facebook, Twitter and MySpace, although i think Motorola paid for it.

Although, it goes some way to demonstrating that my Facebook friends are people i don't know much about, i would imagine the same can be said for alot of other peoples Facebook pals?

Anyway, good work Fallon.

Tree house.

Dear Santa,

I know it's early and that, but please can you get me one of these for Christmas please.

Thanks very much.

Oh, by the way, these people are pretty clever, you might want to get in touch with them, bet they could 'spruce' up your gaff in Lapland, or have you moved to Reading, thought i saw you there last week?

Kindest

Richard.

Instant Chewbacca.

Punch it Chewie!!

Thank you Rubbish.

Modern Warfare 3!

40th.

Slowly starting to release more stuff about The 40th Day, looks pretty sweet.

Infact, this blog seems to be concentrating alot on games recently.

I am Patrick Moore. (5.30min. Double lush!)

Herne the Hunter.

Nothing to see here, just reminiscing.

I can well imagine i had nightmares due to these credits.

'Kay, come into my wild woods with me'.

Frankie says cash in.

Have you seen, Frankie Goes To Hollywood have released their 4th Greatest Hits.

Don't get me wrong, i was and am a fan of Frankie, but 4 greatest hits, especially when they only actually released 2 studio albums, seems rather unnecessary. Oh yes, they have also got 4 mix albums.

I wonder who has released the most albums with the least amount of studio tracks to play with? Frankie must be close.

Anyway, off i go.

Reebok Solebox X.

More Reebok Pumps to celebrate 20 years.

Ready, Able.

Well lush Grizzly Bear's video for Ready, Able.

Well done GB, well done AS.

Sorry to point it out but there is an awful continuity error. The 3 green things in the thingies hand (1.10min) start in the left hand, then close up move to the right hand. Sorry to point it out.

Lovely all the same. A beautiful inperfection.*

*I know.

Massive Attack. United Snakes.

Pretty sweet new Massive Attack tune, i like it, but not that progressive really, nice and dark mind.

Boss.

Guinness. Bring it to life.

This is the new Guinness ad that breaks tonight, i'm not sure about it myself.

Not sure what it is saying? How it is relevant to Guinness? 'Bring it to life'?

Don't get me wrong, i do like the visual, but i just don't get the 'we made the earth beautiful' part of it. Bring it to life?

Anyway, i hope i take to it.

Jackson v Bean.

Patrick Boivin created some lovely faceoff movies, this one is wonderful, he has others.

Marmite.

Marmite Pop Up shop has arrived in Londons Regent Street.

I popped down for some yeasty goodness.

Sail away sail away sail away.

Some really nice things made of sails.

Smashing nice.

Headphones.

I am sitting here with my little headphones in listening to John B and i was thinking to myself...

...blimey, i wish i had a pair of headphones that had the first-of-its-kind custom tuned 6mm dynamic driver which delivered striking clarity and a bass impact you can feel with siam rosewood body for unique sound and style with patented detachable cable, wireless ready with Kleer wireless system and had a custom sized flange option for unparalleled fit and comfort.

Ah, look, as luck would have it, i can get all of this with these.

Alife new sneaks.

Alife have just released some new shoes, they are right up my ally i can tell you!

Right up!

Big cursor.

Artist Sebastian Campion put a big cursor in the streets of Figueres in Catalonia, it had a GPS tracker in it, you could follow its movements on Google Maps.

Not sure of the point, but like it none the less.
